Traditions of domestic folklore and classical musical art as a source of composer Anatoly Krivoshey's creativity

The article presents the works of composer Anatoly Krivoshey, his symphonic, cantata-oratorio and chamber-vocal compositions. Particular attention is paid to the cantata “Cossack Circle”. Relying on the deep folklore and classical art traditions of domestic musical art, the composer created his own unique world, reflecting the thoughts, feelings and philosophy of modern man. The last premiere concerts are a testament to the heyday in the work of the outstanding composer of the South Urals.
