Tradition and identity in the scenario of the global project

The culturological analysis of tradition and identity in the context of globalization is given. Authors of article show that collision of cultures and civilizations about which analysts warned even more often appears “collision of identichnost”. One of the reasons as authors believe, difficult relationship of traditional character and modernization in the modern world which contain the potential conflict which is developed, mainly, on a cultural axis “the East - the West” are, provoking updating of such phenomena as traditionalism, fundamentalism and terrorism.
