Traditional values in modern mentoring

The article is devoted to the study of the role of traditional values in modern mentoring. The article considers the historical roots of mentoring, as well as the influence of cultural traditions on the formation of modern approaches to the transfer of knowledge and experience from the older generation to the younger. Particular attention is paid to analysing how traditional values can help strengthen intergenerational ties and improve the quality of interaction between mentors and their mentees. The problem of preserving cultural heritage through the prism of mentoring relationships is also explored and the possibilities of integrating traditional values into modern educational programmes are discussed.
