«Tragic symphony about the destiny of the generation»: Akhmatova's lyrical-epic trilogy

The article makes it possible for the first time to consider Akhmatova's best known poems («Requiem», «The way of all the Earth», «Poem without a Hero») as a lyrical-epic trilogy. It considers the main factors which allow perceiving these poems as a unique, cohesive literary text with common literary laws: a whole text of «eternal images» of culture, common principles of refraction of cultural memory in the semantic space of the poem and common genre laws. The article proves that the genre specificity of the poems making a trilogy is correlated with the cultural memory, the reconstruction of the author's dialogue with culture.
