Immanuel Kant’s “Perpetual Peace”: possibility of project implementation

This article analyzes Kant's treatise "Perpetual Peace", which is written in the form of an international agreement. The authors attempt to identify the feasibility of the project implementation by considering the basic ideas of the treatise and the novelty of the philosopher’s views comparing to the similar works of his predecessors. It is concluded that the principle ideas of this work cannot be realized in the near future. But the main value and the intrinsic importance of this Kant’s treatise is that it acts as a warning to mankind.
