Transfer and adaptation of social management technologies from the commercial to the public sector

The article discusses the need and the possibility of using the experience of commercial companies in application of social management technologies for the goals and tasks of the state government. It has been found that the process includes transfer and adaptation of the social management technologies. The transfer, first of all, in its noncommercial form, involves borrowing of management technology in an effort of its independent mastering, while in the course of adaptation the social management technology is adapted to the new environment, and the manager is becoming familiar with its resources for resolution of state problems.
