Transfer of technologies: vectors of the engineering youth competences development

The article presents the results of a study of the problem of the transfer of domestic technologies and, as the main factor in ensuring technological superiority, the vectors for the development of the competencies of modern engineering youth, the change in the quality of their creativity. The authors noted that achieving technological superiority and solving the problem of transferring domestic technologies requires the development of creativity of workers at a qualitatively new level, "filling" the work of a creative worker, his lifestyle, and their results with appropriate "intellectual content".
