The article shows the results of a study of the of the blood serum protein level in highly productive cows during technological stress, as well as the effectiveness of the impact of natural Hotynetsk zeolites and lipoic acid feeding on protein-antioxidants such as transferrin and ceruloplasmin. The original method of electrophoretic separation of serum proteins in polyacrylamide gel is presented in the article. The proposed method consists in carrying out polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with application of a concentrating gel with pH = 6.7 and separating gel at pH = 8.9 at amperage of 25 mA, with preliminary dilution of serum, during the experiment fine-pored gel was applied as stacking one, the serum blood was diluted in 1:2 saline (the invention number is 2016113451, МПК G01N27/26). The experiment was conducted in two stages. During the first stage the protein-antioxidants content (ceruloplasmin and transferrin) in blood serum of cows in the conditions of industrial complex was analyzed. Analysis of the data revealed the following protein-antioxidants content deviations: the content of transferrin on the 10th day was below the reference values on the 20th day - by 9.13% and on the 30th day - by 8.81%, the content of ceruloplasmin was below by 45.66% on the 10th day, by 44.22% on the 20th day, at by 44.51% on the 30th day. During the second stage there was an investigation of the influence of natural Hotynetsk zeolites and lipolic acid feeding on protein-antioxidants (transferrin and ceruloplasmin) content in blood serum of cows in the conditions of industrial complex. Hotynetsk natural zeolites was applied at the rate of 300 g per head (in the morning) and lipoic acid was applied at the rate of 200 mg per head (in the evening) daily one time a day for 28 days. In cows with in addition to the basic feeding ration were fed with Hotynetsk zeolites and lipoic acid, the closest the reference values have been observed. The content of transferrin was above the reference values on the 10th day - by 9.62%, on the 20th day - by 20.83%, on the 30th day - by 32.85%, the content of ceruloplasmin was 12.02% above the reference values on the 30th day. At that the normalization of other protein fractions was observed.
