Technology transfer of the BRICS countries: problems and prospects

The article examines the forms and conditions of interaction of participants of innovative process, especially in the creation and development of the institutional system of technology transfer in member countries of the BRICS. The author emphasizes the significant role of regional component in the formation of effective national innovative system. Based on the analysis of the transfer systems that operate in different countries, the author highlighted the key and most perspective directions of development of integration of scientifically-educational, industrial areas and the state for the purpose of formation of the special mechanisms of the organization of innovative processes for effective communication between all the parties contributing to the formation of competitive high technology products, improving the export structure by increasing the share of high-tech products and reduce raw materials oriented, to improve the status of the member countries of the BRICS in the global technology market.
