Transformation of marriage and family relations of modern Russian youth in conditions of changing reality

The article analyzes the transformation of marriage and family relations of modern Russian youth, caused by a change in social reality and its influence on the perception of family and marriage by young people. Based on research, the article examines the change in the attitude of young people to childbirth, marriage, cohabitation, analyzes the reasons for these changes. The emergence of alternative forms of marriage in Russian society, the change of the patriarchal type of family to an egalitarian one, and the subsequent change in the premarital behavior of young people are also considered.
