Transformation of the mineral resources production chains in modern conditions

The article is devoted to the issue of modern transformation of the production chains of mineral resources, primarily providing opportunities for technological sovereignty and development of national economies in the conditions of diversification of energy and raw materials industries and markets. The key directions of ensuring the sustainability of the use of natural capital by energy and raw materials companies (car-telization, transition to the recycling, diversification of activities through venture investments in related industries) have been identified. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the strategies of the world's leading economies to ensure their own production chains of critically important mineral resources.
