Transformation of the church administrative management in 1917-1930s (on the example of Transbaikalian eparchy)

The revolution actions of 1917, decisions of the Regional Council, political and territorial changes influenced the system of church administrative management. Based on the example of Transbaikal eparchy, the article examines the problems of reorganization of eparchy management in 1917-1930s. The organization and the activity of renovated institutions which destabilized the system of parish management are properly examined. The usage of archival data allows revealing personnel problems in the eparchy administration.
