Transformation processes in the forms of organization of international business and features of conceptual approaches to the development and implementation of business strategies of TNCs are examined in the article. Attention is focused on the fact that global competition in world markets is not so much between goods and services as between different models of international business. It is noted that the value of goods, services and technologies is determined by business models that bring them to the market. It was concluded that innovation and a network form of organization and management of international business is the main strategic tool in the competition of TNCs.
