Transformation of forms of manifestations of legal nihilism depending on socio-political conditions

The article examines the approaches of Russian scientists regarding the variety of forms of manifestation of legal nihilism; an attempt is made to classify its basic forms depending on various criteria: the scope of its manifestation, the subject of manifestation, legal effect, sector profile, legal position. The article concludes that the forms of manifestation of legal nihilism are interrelated and their transformation depends on various conditions, while the decisive influence can be rendered both by objective factors connected with the legislator’s will and subjective factors depending on a certain subject. The transformation of the forms of manifestation of legal nihilism can be expressed both in the transition of one form to another, and be characterized by changes within a particular form, expressed in an increase or decrease in the level of the spread of legal nihilism.
