Transformation of employment forms in the context of the economy digitalisation

In modern conditions, digitalization is one of the key drivers of various transformational processes development in the economy. Additional drivers of change have been social and political events of the last few years. All this has also had a significant impact on the sphere of human resource management, as well as largely influenced the formation of current trends and tendencies in the sphere of employment and social and labor relations. Based on the analysis of statistical data and empirical studies, the key vectors andfeatures of the employment forms transformation in modern conditions have been identified: the general trend towards increased flexibility, the development offreelancing as a form of employment, the features of the modern labor market (staff shortage, job seeker's labor market). The factors and conditions that determine the nature of the employment form's transformation in modern conditions are identified, as well as the forms of employment that are developing most actively today. Freelancing as a form ofemployment actively developing today is analyzed. The reasons for the growing popularity of this format, as well as the advantages, disadvantages, threats and opportunities for the development of this employment form in modern conditions are studied. Proposals and recommendations aimed at improving social and labor relations are developed, considering current trends, as well as the conclusions and results of study. Thus, we can conclude that, in general, the transformation of employment forms in Russia is an inevitable process in the conditions of information technology development and changes in the economic situation. The results of the study are analyzed and brought to practical conclusions and recommendations aimed at improving the development of modern employmentforms in the conditions of the economy digitalization.
