Transformation of the hydrothermal regime of the around layer of leached chernozem after rolling the surface soil layer

The research goal was to study changes in the hydrothermal regime in the arable layer of leached chernozem during rolling of the surface layer of soil. According to the measurements, it was found that the compaction of the surface layer of the soil increases the property of the soil to conduct heat, as a result of which the temperature in the arable layer of the soil increases in comparison with the control area. Increasing the temperature of the soil surface in the rolling compacted area contributed to the formation of a layer of dry soil. Below this layer the humidity increased abruptly.
