Transformation of the state solidary component of the pension system of Kyrgyzstan

The article presents an assessment of the transformation of the pension system in Kyrgyzstan. The factors of maintaining the high role of the state solidarity component of the pension system are identified. The article contains an analysis of the impact of financing the basic part of pensions on the republican budget and reducing the size of insurance tariffs to ensure the financial stability of the pension system. The recommendations for improving the solidarity system in terms of transferring certain categories of economic entities to deductions of insurance contributions depending on the income received are substantiated.
