Transformation of elites in the context of globalization

The article analyzes the transformation of elites in Russia, taking place in the conditions of informatization of all aspects of life and reorientation to the new management platforms. It has been found that in the chain of historical forms of globalization: colonization - imperialization - informatization, there is a common trend of enslavement of large amount of people. Today to meet this goal there is developing a new cultural and political elite focused on network and digital technologies in management. The elite acting through the modern intellectuals is counting on the material values rather than moral ones, thereby creating threats and risks of conflict situations around the world.
