Transformation of mass-consciousness in process of renewal of political system

The quality of the dynamics of Russian transit is a controversial, heterogeneous "mixture" of intermediate states and changes in the political system. Some of them are manifested in the trends of renewal of the political system. President V. Putin and the majority of State Duma deputies, adhering to the national-liberal ideology, pursued a generally socially oriented course, as evidenced by many laws adopted in recent years.
