Transformation of entrepreneurship in Russia in the context of formation and evolution of professional dynasties

The article considers the historical experience of entrepreneurship development in Russia through the prism of the formation and evolution of commercial and industrial dynasties. The author analyzes the characteristic features, values, and traditions, which make it possible to define the signs of professional dynasties in merchant families and draws parallels of similarities and differences between the experience of dynasties in pre-revolutionary times and the family business emerging in post-Soviet Russia.
