Transformation of Russian service industries in the context of a new normality

The paper presents a scientific study on the current state and prospects for the functioning and development of the domestic service sector in the face of strong disturbing negative factors that have arisen for the industry since the first quarter of 2020 and will not stop by the end of 2022. The issues of significant differences in risks for domestic service companies in 2022 relative to the situation in 2020-2021 are considered, and some forecasts are made about the risks of the coming years with recommendations for smoothing them at the level of capabilities of entrepreneurs and managers of service companies.
