The article considers the pandemic impact on business efficiency. It discusses the hypothesis that the transformation of efficiency concept and efficiency management system including new criteria finding are needed. There are the results of research made on strategic and tactic levels that prove the hypothesis. Also, the identified factors of mentioned transformation are presented, and the area offuture investigations are described.
