Transformation of legal consciousness in modern society

The article examines the transformation of legal consciousness in contemporary society. It emphasizes that the establishment of the rule of law is a key objective of systemic reforms. Radical economic transformations and changes in the political-legal system have created the institutional foundation for a legal state. However, the mere introduction of new institutions is insufficient. The development of legal culture and the formation of legal consciousness among new generations are crucial. The process of societal transformation leads to a crisis of values, complicating this development and resulting in the existence of multiple conflicting values.
