Transformation of entrepreneurship in the tourism sector

The article considers approaches to the transformation of entrepreneurship in the tourism sector. It is established that in the tourism industry there is an underdevelopment of the infrastructure of the tourist market or a curvature in its development. At the same time, the role of the state as a regulator of economic transformations should increase, and at different stages of the tourism reform, the ratio of market and administrative levers is dynamic. It was found out that the regulation of tourism business has four directions: taxation, lending, protectionism, and income management policy. It is proved that the support of tourism entrepreneurship requires a balanced and systematic state policy in all areas of government regulation. It is determined that in the conditions of a transformational economy, the problem of developing the infrastructure of the tourist market is being solved, since the absence of its elements makes it difficult to sell tourist services. At the same time, in the conditions of the practical absence of state financing of tourism entrepreneurship, the credit form of budget financing acquires special importance. In addition, there is a question of attracting investments in the tourism industry from non-governmental sources. It was found out that due to the significant risk, the tourism industry still attracts little foreign investors and loans from commercial banks. The main source of investment so far has been self-financing.
