Transformation of the project approach in the conditions of uncertainty in the VUCA world

The effectiveness of the project approach depends on its own continuous transformation, manifested in a combination of understanding of changes in external realities that are gaining momentum and internal changes in the project. The article analyzes the path of changes in the project approach from the traditional model to the flexible Agile methodology. The structure of the Agile concept is presented, an analysis of the application of the flexible methodology of the project approach is carried out. The differences between Scrum and Kanban methodology are determined.
