The labor market transformation in the global cities and its social consequences

The article deals with the social consequences of the labor market flexibilization as a basis for not only the emergence of nonstandard employment (for example, crowdsourcing works), but also significant change of employment relationship and forms of labor organization. The authors focus on the positive and destructive aspects of transformation of the occupational structure of the modern society.
