Transformation of agricultural land use of Bryansk region: features of the Chernobyl zone

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern features of the system of agricultural land use in the old-developed region on the pattern of Bryansk region of Central Russia, its most radioactive contaminated south-west territory as the main Chernobyl zone. The complex of leading factors of its change is defined. The trends of its transformation are grounded in this work. The research of the modern structure of lands on the basis of data of two sources: reports of Rosreestr and All-Russian agricultural census is realized. The regional features of the land fund of the south-west district are discovered. The article revealed system problems, accented specifics of one of the chief directions of the future land use change in the present territory - its reintegration into agricultural area of Bryansk region.
