Transformation of family relations in modern society

The article is devoted to the consideration of such types of family as traditional and nuclear; the main features of the existence and functioning of the family as an institution of socialization and upbringing of children in modern society are considered. The author analyzes the process of transformation of family relations and the increasing diversity of modern family forms with characteristics unusual for traditional families. This study also attempts to answer the question of whether the ongoing changes in the modern family are a social deviation or an inevitable evolution.
