Transformation of shipbuilding enterprise management: adaptation of the organizational model to the digital age

The article discusses the current management problems of shipbuilding enterprises in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies and the growth of global competition. It is noted that the traditional functional management model, typical for most enterprises in the industry, is losing its effectiveness and requires adaptation to new realities. The author substantiates the need for a transition to hybrid organizational models combining elements of functional, project and process management, with the active use of digital tools (ERP, PLM, BIM). The paper presents the stages of transformation of the management system, including the analysis of the current organizational structure, the definition of the target model, the choice of digital solutions, step-by-step integration and maintenance of changes. The proposed approach takes into account industry specifics, high technological complexity and requirements for shipbuilding production standards. It is emphasized that the transition to a new management model will increase the adaptability, manageability and sustainability of shipbuilding enterprises in the digital economy.
