Arctic regions, considering its uniqueness, it is necessary to consider as world experimental base for introduction of new model of management - transnational/worldpolitical. The world community offers two initsia-tivy in this direction: EU initiative - «management of Arctic regions» (model A8 +) and the Russian initiative - «the Arctic management» (model A5). The transnational model of management is directed on the coordination of interests of the majority of participants of global processes (both state, and not state), the providing prevention of possible structural disorders and the decision of existing problems. It is obviously possible to speak about formation new the worldpolitical management models: «the state - business - a civil society». Authors predict «a century of the Arctic Russia», transformation of Arctic regions into independent political unit, and Russia, as the owner of its considerable territory, in the country-initiator of "the global historical project"
