The article deals with the influence of transnational corporations on the world economy. The ambiguous nature of such influence is analyzed. The role of transnational corporations in the modern world economy is generalized. Various assessments of the activities of such corporations are considered. There is a positive of the influence of international corporations on the international global economy.
