In this article transparency merits and demerits are considered, concepts of metaethics, standard ethics, applied ethics reveal, their role in management of the modern organization is considered. In conclusion, it is concluded that successful implementation of the strategy of a balance between “transparency” and information about the activities of the organization is necessary. This is one way to build the trust of employees, existing and potential customers, partners and even competitors. Transparency is not directly related to better corporate governance.
