Transport connectivity as a key factor in the redevelopment of industrial areas near MCC stations

The article analyzes the role of transport connectivity in the redevelopment of industrial areas adjacent to the Moscow Central Circle (MCC). Theoretical approaches to understanding transport integration are discussed, along with domestic and international practices of incorporating industrial zones into the urban structure through the development of the transport framework. Particular attention is paid to the relationship between transport accessibility and the socio-economic efficiency of redevelopment. It is concluded that transport connectivity is the key factor for the successful integration of industrial areas into the urban fabric.
