Transaction business as a new banking service

The article reviews the trends in the development of bank transaction business. The article establishes that growing importance of transaction business in companies is due to the necessity of more efficient management of working capital, liquidity and risk management. The author presents an original definition of “transaction business”. The research identifies the benefits of transaction business for banks and customers of banking organizations.
