Transition and constitutional judicial system

The transition processes occurring in the late 1980-s -early 1990-s in the European countries, which had been considered socialistic (transitional), affected the judicial activities and the constitutional judicial system. The affirmation and the de-affirmation of the constitutional legal procedure took place. These events, their evaluation and influence require the thorough research, especially in a part of the justice, legality, value of the constitutional legal proceedings. The article presents the practical experience of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia during the period of transition began in 1990.
