While examining 129 patients of different age with closed leg bone fractures it has been established that as far as primary displacement of fragments increases in adults and micromobility of bone fragments with an external fixator in situ increases as well, both elasticity of m. gastrocnemius and blood velocity. While examining in the long-term periods after bone fracture treatment at the age of body growth pubertal acceleration not only comparatively greater increase of longitudinal sizes of the leg injured takes place, but its muscle strength increases as well, and progress of schoolchildren also improves.
