Requirement on the suppression actions violating the rights of broadcasting and cable broadcasting or threatened violation as one from civil remedies

The author of the article dwells on the issue of protection of rights of broadcasting and cablecasting organizations, in particular, the suppression of actions infringing the rights of broadcasting and cablecasting organizations or creating a possibility of such an infringement, analyses foreign legislation in this field, makes conclusions on the possibility of application of certain provisions in Russia and amendment of Russian legislation on the protection of rights of broadcasting and cablecasting organizations.
