The three-sector model of the employment in the economy of Ukraine

The article deals with employment issues in the economy of Ukraine during period of the market economy development and progress to the postindustrial society. It is emphasized, that civilizational development of the society from the primary towards secondary and tertiary levels is reflected in the three-sector model of employment. The authors substantiate the fact, that in the PostSoviet countries this development has some specific features determined by the desintegration and the new integrational processes. The article shows, that improvement of the sectoral employment structure in the economy of Ukraine is feasible by adequate choice of the integration vector in the short-term and long-term periods.
