Training as a way of samorealizatsii today's youth

The article deals with the problem of self-realization of Russian youth, its features and new forms of socio-cultural identification in the conditions of modern globalization. Modern Russian youth is in search of spirituality, but spirituality means a recognition of the spirit as a structure forming the moral core of the person. However, the spiritual is often outside the physical plane of existence. The youth of Russia today covered the denial of the "eternal" absolute eternal values. The fruits of scientific and technological progress, which committed youth are the oligarchs, the bureaucrats, but not the poor.
