The third additions to the "Synopsis of the flora of the Pskov region"

The arcticle treats the new data about the vascular plant species composition of Pskov Region Flora. Three species are reported for the Pskov Region for the first time, all of them being alien, but able to self-reproduction: Bupleurum rotundifolium, Dianthus plumarius, Mentha suaveolens. Two hybrids have been also discovered Lolium pratense × L. perenne and Thymus × goginae . The data about new records of taxa protected in Pskov Region, as well as about other rare taxa are also brought together. Among others, we report about the second locality of Bromus sterilis and about the second stable population of Genista tinctoria in Pskov Flora. Some native taxa ( Potamogeton trichoides, Carex hartmaniorum, Crepis praemorsa, Sparganium gramineum ) were recorded for the first time in South-West or South-East phytogeographic Regions of the Pskov Flora. Also we give detailed data about the big population of Hierochloe australis which is the largest currently known in Pskov Region, ensuring long-time survival of this rare species within the studied area.
