Arbitration in housing relations

The authors analyze the possibility of arbitration in the housing legal relations, in analogy with the rules of the Civil Code rules of the housing code, comparing inherent in these general principles of housing rights and responsibilities. Specifies the types of housing disputes to be dealt with by arbitration, as well as law enforcement, not under the jurisdiction of tribunals. The authors compiled a table which specified cases of disputes subject to arbitration. The table takes into account the rules allowed for the arbitration proceedings.
