The introduction notes that the main process studied by agricultural and environmental science is the transformation of energy by living self-organizing evolving organisms and their communities. The general principle of natural science, formed by the law of survival and the second law of thermodynamics, is called the principle of energy extremality of self-organization and progressive evolution (PEESO and PE). This principle reflects the progressive direction of the evolution of the whole self-organizing nature. An important result of the cyclic passage of matter and energy of nature through a self - organized and equilibrium state is the process of progressive evolution of nature. Convincing evidence indicating he worked as and pe, is a self-organizing dissipative process of evaporative cooling (DPEC) - transpiration as a physiological process in plants, providing temperature optimum maximum photosynthesis rate, that is, a temperature at which the plant is most complete, most effectively uses free for photosynthesis part of the solar radiation is photosynthetic exergy. It is noted that the aim of the research is to show experimentally the energy purposefulness of DPEC according to pees and its impact on productivity in crop production. The following are the results of research from previous works [] In the section object and methods of researches PEESO of culture "strawberry garden" and its self-organizing influence on productivity is considered. As the main indicator, the mass of evaporated water from the surface of the strawberry leaf under the action of the red-blue spectrum si and without it is used. This made it possible to obtain two, for comparison, extreme modes, with and without illumination by an indirect method through the calculation of the mass of leaves. In addition, measured and recorded: air temperature, substrate humidity, illumination. In the section results of researches and their discussion, it is noted that the leaf temperature equal to 25,4 oc can be considered constant and equal optimum for a maximum of photosynthesis. It is shown that the analysis of the equation of trend lines of time series of changes in leaf mass shows that the lines have positive coefficients for the parameter "time", that is, in both modes there is a growth of leaf mass, but when illuminated the coefficient is an order of magnitude greater, which means that the growth is faster. This is confirmed by the total weight gain for 27 hours: for the mode with lighting it is almost 18 times more. In the conclusion it is stated: experimental confirmation of the validity of PEESO and PE is received.
