Anxiety and self-esteem in middle-aged women: interconnections and features of psychological support

The article presents the results of a study on the relationship between anxiety and self-esteem in middle-aged women. The middle age period is characterized by significant social, physiological, and emotional changes that can negatively impact a woman's psychological state, increasing anxiety and lowering self-esteem. The relevance of the study is driven by the need to find effective methods of psychological support for women in this age group. The results obtained during the study confirm the presence of a negative correlation between anxiety and self-esteem, highlighting the importance of developing psychological support programs aimed at reducing anxiety and enhancing self-esteem in middle-aged women.
