Three trends law rulemaking in 2017 amendments

Purpose: To identify trends in the legislative process in the law Corporation of Russia in 2017. Methodology: We Used statistical and hermeneutic and comparative-historical method and interview method. Results: Identified three trends law rulemaking: a permanent change, tightening, ad hoc. Novelty/originality/value: The lack of such scientific publications on the topic, testifies to its originality. Scientific assessment of the events of VIII all-Russian Congress of advocates of originality. We offer scientific generalizations - its values.
