The Triune Intuition “Createdness, Fallenness and Revivalness” as a Fundament of Christian Artistic Work (on the Basis of the Articles by Fr. Alexander Schmemann about A.I. Solzhenitsyn) In Fr. Alexander Schmemann’s theological heritage his reflections on Solzhenitsyn’s work occupy an important place. The present article considers one aspect of these reflections — the theologian’s attempt to identify the analyzable philosophical foundations of a truly Christian artistic work on the basis of the material of Solzhenitsyn’s artistic work. As the artist himself may not be aware of these foundations, Fr. Schmemann calls them “intuitions”, pointing also to their indissoluble unity and internal relationship.
