In this article it was described polarization properties of three pulse incoherent photon echo. Possibility of long quantum storage in polarization of second incoherent impulse is predicted. Tree pulse on the transition with the angular momentum change 0 - 1 is the most effective for playback of incoherent impulse. It gives the chance to create quantum repeater for long distance communications by findings of research. Method of Quantum Logic, where third pulse is controlling variable, is proposed in the article.
