Difficult path of forming and developing national agrarian law

In modern conditions, the historical difficulties of forming and developing agrarian law in our country cannot remain out of researchers' view. At the same time, serious attention is paid to the difficulties of forming and developing agrarian entrepreneurship, specific features of the legal status of the national peasantry, as well as specific aspects of the national land and agrarian legislation. National legal science has passed a long and difficult path from collective farm law to agrarian law. The successful development of the agrarian sector of our country is completely and entirely tied to the development of the Russian state towards a true rule-of-law state.
