Working career of civil servants through the ideas of Max Weber

This article is devoted to the possibilities of sociological analysis of working career of a modern civil servant. The article is based on the teaching of Max Weber on bureaucracy, social stratification and social action. The range of issues concerning working career of a civil servant, described by the ideas of Max Weber, is wide enough. It includes the study of the given career as a part of social mobility, the analysis of factors and types of working career.
