The problem of staff motivation is of particular relevance at the present stage of economic development. This is due to the fact that sustainable development, the effectiveness of the organization's activities and the level of staff motivation are correlated. The most important factor in the successful development of a modern organization is the improvement of motivational mechanisms. The article discusses the methods of motivation. According to the results of the study, the conclusion is formulated about the need for an integrated approach in the management of work motivation, involving the use of various motivational methods, taking into account the situation and characteristics of the staff.
