The article is devoted to the study and analysis of the theoretical aspect of the employment relationship from the standpoint of law and management of the organization. The author reveals the notion and structure of labour relations in the organization. Particular attention is drawn to the legal basis and architecture of labour relations management in the organization. On the basis of the analysis it is concluded, questions from the field of labor relations remain open and require further theoretical understanding and practical testing.
